My name is Rich Spaulding. I'm the founder of a small real estate brokerage called Georgia Living Real Estate, located in Kennesaw, Georgia. My real estate brokerage is COMPLETELY different than all other brokerages. The result is your real estate career will NOT be a failure and you will reach your potential.

Here's what I'm looking for:

• Winning and optimistic attitude - If your naturally pessimistic or a complainer, we won't be a good fit.
• Coachable - I'll get you to achieve the results you never thought possible. But we're going to do it my way. The right way.
• Understand this is a result oriented business. You eat what you kill. No bloated salary. No sucking up to the boss. If you enjoy the corporate life or "team" environment, this is NOT the company for you.
• Must have a Georgia Real Estate license.
• Must have ZERO experience or fewer than 10 career sales. We don't hire older or experienced real estate agents. We ONLY train new ones.
